Return & Refund Policy

At Kate Ruby & Rose, we want you to love every piece you purchase from our carefully curated collection. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a change of mind exchange or store credit subject to the conditions below.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 10 days of delivery provided that:

  • the item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • all original tags are attached
  • the item is returned in its original packaging where possible

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Kate Ruby & Rose cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • worn items
  • washed items
  • underwear or intimate garments
  • sale or clearance items unless faulty

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We kindly ask that photographs of the issue be emailed to us so we can assess and resolve the matter promptly.
